Our driver collects your container directly from DP World, Hutchison, Patrick, or Empty parks terminals with real-time slot bookings, ensuring efficient handling for your needs

3. We deliver your container directly to your site

We ensure smooth delivery directly from the Port to your site with no stops, delays, or third-party handling. If your container doors are stuck or rusty, we’ll assist in opening or closing them for you, ensuring a hassle-free experience for both imports and exports

4. You handle your container Onsite

Once delivered, you or your team handle the Loading / Unloading at your site, giving you full control over timing and contents

5. We collect and return your empty container at no cost

Once you're done, simply let us know. We’ll collect the container at your preferred time and return it to the designated empty park or terminal—empty dehire for imports is free of charge. Yes!- free of charge

1.1 Dockland Transport does not provide insurance cover for any goods or cargo unless:The Customer requests insurance in writing, andThe Customer pays all applicable premiums and charges in advance.1.2 In the absence of such written agreement, all goods are carried entirely at the Customer’s risk, and Dockland Transport shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or destruction.2. Limitation of Liability
2.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dockland Transport’s total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any loss or damage to goods shall be limited to the lesser of:AUD $2.00 per kilogram of the gross weight of the goods lost or damaged, orAUD $1,500 per item, package, or unit.2.2 This limitation applies even in cases of fire, theft, accident, mechanical failure, or driver error, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by Dockland Transport.2.3 Under no circumstances shall Dockland Transport be liable for:Consequential or indirect loss,Loss of profits, income, or business opportunity,Delays or failure to deliver goods within a specific timeframe, unless agreed in writing.3. Dangerous Goods
3.1 The Customer must disclose any dangerous, fragile, or high-value goods in writing at the time of booking.3.2 Failure to declare such goods may result in Dockland Transport refusing liability entirely, regardless of any damage or loss.4. Claims
4.1 The Customer must notify Dockland Transport of any loss or damage within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).4.2 A formal written claim must be submitted within 30 days of the event. Claims received outside these timeframes will not be accepted.5. Subcontracting
5.1 Dockland Transport does not subcontract its services. All services are provided directly by Dockland Transport.6. Right to Refuse or Re-Weigh
6.1 Dockland Transport reserves the right to refuse carriage of goods that do not comply with safety or legal standards.6.2 Dockland Transport may re-weigh or re-measure goods and adjust charges accordingly.7. Lien and Disposal Rights
7.1 Dockland Transport reserves the right to place a lien on goods until all charges are paid in full.7.2 If the Customer fails to pay outstanding charges, Dockland Transport may dispose of or sell the goods as permitted under the Uncollected Goods Act 1995 (NSW).8. Delays and Force Majeure
8.1 Dockland Transport is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:Natural disasters,Strikes,Civil unrest,Accidents,Mechanical failure.8.2 Dockland Transport will notify the Customer as soon as practicable if such delays occur.9. Indemnity
9.1 The Customer agrees to indemnify Dockland Transport against any claims, damages, losses, or costs arising from:The Customer’s misdeclarations, negligence, or illegal activities,Any claims or disputes involving third parties.10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia.10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
